By submitting this pause request form, I acknowledge and agree to the terms set by CrossFit Naples. I understand that I must submit this pause request a minimum of 7 days prior to my next billing cycle. Any requests received after the 7-day window are subject to be charged at the full membership rate, and no refunds will be given. I am allowed to pause my membership for up to 90 days each calendar year. If I'm under a membership contract, my contract will extend by the same number of days as my pause duration. The pause will take effect on the date requested and confirmed by CrossFit Naples, and there are no prorated adjustments for pausing in the middle of an ongoing cycle. Upon resuming my membership, I will be billed in full on my day of return and entered into a new four-week billing cycle.
