Membership Cancellations

Minimum Term: Depend on membership option (12 month or ongoing/no contract)
Notice Period: 28 days written notice (billing continues during notice).
Process: Cancellation requests must be lodged via emai
Early Exit: If a member cancels before minimum term ends, an early termination fee applies (e.g., 4 weeks of membership).
Exceptions: Medical (with doctor’s certificate) or relocation >20km away (proof required).
