The coaching team genuinely loves you and works for you. 1. You agree that the pause date is at least ten days before your billing date. You can pause for up to 60 days, $25 each 30 days, maximum in a calendar year. These conditions allow ENG to maintain consistent staffing and facility standards. 2. Your account will automatically reactivate upon expiration of the hold period you selected above, and regular membership payments will resume. 3. The amount of time the membership holds will extend your original agreement. 4. If you cancel your membership during the hold period, your membership agreement's standard 30-day cancellation notice requirement applies. 5. We are here waiting for you when your situation and desire brings you back to your workout home with us!
