Membership Pause Request

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason.

  1. Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than 3 business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

  1. You may not put your membership on hold during your initial 3 month on-boarding period as per our membership agreement.

  1. Membership hold requests are available in 1 month increments for up to 3 consecutive months. You may not put your membership on hold for less than one month. After this period you can, if you choose, resume your membership early if you have requested a longer pause duration.

  1. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

  1. There is a €20 deposit for each 1 month hold (1 month - €20. 2 months - €40. 3 months - €60). This deposit must be paid if full for your selected period and will be returned to you when your membership resumes.

  1. If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 28-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable and a final full month’s payment will be required.
