We’d love to have you back one day! If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we’re hoping you do!), just know that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply. Our rates may change over time, so keep that in mind when you’re ready to jump back in!
Need a break instead of a goodbye?
If you’re not quite ready to cancel but need to pause for a bit, you can always submit a Membership Hold Request.
This will count as your 15-day written cancellation notice required by your membership agreement. As long as we receive the form 15 days before your next billing date, your membership will end at the close of your current billing cycle. If you have a scheduled renewal payment within those 15 days, that payment will be processed as planned. All payments are non-refundable, so make sure you’re squared away with any final charges.
Canceling before your commitment ends?
If you’re canceling before your agreed membership term is up, there’s a $50 early termination fee. We get it—life happens, and we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
