We love having you with us, but we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise! You can request to put your membership payments on hold for up to eight weeks. Simply let us know at least 14 days before your hold period begins, and we’ll take care of suspending your payments.
Please provide both a start and finish date, as your membership will automatically resume once the hold period ends. Please note that if you don’t provide a resume date, your membership will be treated as a cancellation and upon your return, you will need to pay the current membership fees which may be higher than your previous rate.
