Membership Pause Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to take a break. We offer flexible membership pauses with the following guidelines:
Pauses are allowed for any duration and may be requested as many times per year as needed.
A $10/month pause fee applies, charged monthly on the same date the pause began (e.g., if your pause starts on the 10th, the $10 charge will recur on the 10th of each month during the pause).
Pause fees are not prorated. If your pause extends even a few days into a new billing cycle, the full $10 fee for that cycle will apply.
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of the intended start date, except in cases of emergency.
All pause requests must be submitted via the Pause Request Form.
Depending on when in the Monthly billing cycle you pause your membership and when you resume your membership, you may need to complete a prorated payment for the time before the next normal billing date on the 5th of the month.
You WILL NOT be charged the activation fee when your membership resumes.
Prepaid memberships cannot be paused during the term for any reason, except for family/medical emergencies or military deployments.
