1) If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a membership hold request form. If you are sure you would like to cancel, simply fill out the form below. This will serve as your 28 day written notice.

2) Per our membership agreement, your membership will be canceled 28 days from the submission of the form below. If you have a scheduled payment within that 28 day period, it will be processed. All payments are non-refundable.

3) If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) you will be subject to the current rates at that time.
