What's your favorite way to recover?

The responsibilities of this position includes but is not limited to:

Arrive prior to shift to start all equipment
Regularly check chemical levels of plunges and adjust chemicals as needed
Ensure 100% of customers have signed liability waivers and are checked in prior to each session
Walk new customers through the facility
Manage members using PushPress and assist customers with purchasing sessions. Confirm successful transactions and apply specials and discounts where applicable
Answer questions about the facility, equipment, and benefits
Enforce facility policies and rules
Ensure proper sanitation and general maintenance utilizing management provided checklists
Quickly and effectively communicate customer feedback to the management team
