Membership Cancellation Policy

By completing and submitting the form below, you are providing your 28-day written cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement.

Your membership will officially end 28 day from the date of submission.

Please note:

If you have a scheduled payments during this 28-day notice period, payments will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable.

Early Termination Policy (for Commitment-Based Contracts)

If you are cancelling before the end of your agreed-upon commitment period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months), an early termination fee will apply. This fee is equal to 50% of the remaining balance on your contract.

If you choose to rejoin in the future (and we hope you do!), your membership will be subject to the current rates in effect at the time of reactivation. Membership rates are subject to change.
