EXHALE Fitness Hold Policy

Need to take a break? No problem! To put your membership on hold, just fill out the form below at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

Holds can be requested in full-week increments for 4, 5, or 6 weeks. Please note, all hold requests must be approved and aren’t guaranteed. Valid reasons for a hold include maternity, medical needs, or military orders.

At the end of your hold period, your membership will automatically reactivate, and payments will resume as normal. Your membership term will be extended by the duration of the hold. Please note, holds are limited to a total of 12 weeks per calendar year.

If you decide to cancel during the hold period, our standard 15-day cancellation notice still applies. And if you decide to rejoin after canceling, you’ll be subject to the membership rates available at that time (which may change, so join back sooner than later!).
