The Shred will run from September 9th - 20th and I'm going to commit to doing my best with regards to 1) my sleep (8 hours), 2) my food (only real food + a healthy amount of protein) and 3) getting in the gym. Jon will be serving as the guide and is charging $30 per head to participate / help hold you accountable.
