I understand that a $10 per month service fee will be applied to my account to hold the membership as active. Upon resuming my membership the $10 fee will be removed.

I understand that if I choose to cancel following the resumption of my plan that I am subject to the 30 day cancellation policy agreed upon in the general waiver.
