•If you have a scheduled auto-payment within the 30 day period, the payment will be processed and your membership will be cancelled 30 days from payment. Your membership is active and can be used until that date.

•Paused memberships will need to be reactivated and billed to process a cancellation.

•All payments are non-refundable
