If you're traveling or injured and would prefer to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.

I understand that memberships are not prorated upon cancellation and require a 5-day notice. If this form is submitted less than 5 days before my billing date, I acknowledge that I will be charged for one additional month before the cancellation takes effect.
