Membership Hold Policy

You can pause your membership for a minimum of 28 days. A hold fee of $11 per week will be charged upfront, based on the number of weeks requested. Payments made before the hold aren’t refundable. Billing resumes automatically when the hold ends. If you cancel during the hold, the standard 28-day notice period applies at the full membership rate.
