7 days notice required. All pauses must be for a minimum of one billing cycle (28 days) and a maximum of three (84 days) billing cycles per contract. If you pause for 3 billing cycles your membership will automatically start back and you will be required to finish your contract. You may only pause you contract for a MAXIUM of 3 billing cycles.
