At N2Athletex, we strive to provide flexibility to accommodate your schedule and training needs. If you would like to switch your current membership plan while staying active, please review the following policy:
To switch your membership plan and remain active, you MUST submit this form at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
Failure to submit a request before this 7-day period may result in your membership plan not being switched until the next billing cycle.
You will continue to be billed for your current membership plan if the 7-day notice is not provided.
Please note, once your membership plan is switched, you may be subject to new pricing based on current rates. If you switch from a grandfathered plan, you will lose that pricing and be moved to the current rate for the selected plan.
Requests submitted through other channels (e.g., phone, in-person) will not be accepted.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
