HOLD POLICY

For Recurring Membership Agreements and Prepaid Membership Agreements. Time Freeze or hold on membership is granted for Medical, Pregnancy, Business relocation and or holidays under the following terms:

Holds must be for a minimum of one (1) week and for a maximum of four (4) weeks and for no more than 3 times in a calendar year. Requests for time freeze/holds must be submitted no less than 7 days prior, except in the circumstance of injury or illness where 24 hours’ notice is sufficient.

Time freeze/holds cannot be applied through any introductory marketing periods or offers.

Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.
