Clients on a recurring membership may place a temporary hold on their account one time per the duration of their contract (12, 24, or 52-weeks).

Memberships will automatically resume on the date you provide on the hold request form below. Minimum hold length is 1 billing period (4 weeks); maximum length of hold is 3 billing periods (12 weeks).

If the membership is cancelled during the hold period, cancellation terms apply. The pause request must be submitted at least five (5) days before the requested pause start date.
