Totally get it, life can get a little bonkers sometimes. One of the perks of being part of CrossFit Tact is that you can temporarily put your automatically recurring membership on hold when you need to.

Heads up: Pre-paid memberships still run based on the original time period you purchased, regardless of whether you’re able to attend or not, and can’t be paused. By submitting the form below, you’re simply confirming that you’ve read and understand this.

  • Hold requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before your next scheduled renewal. Requests submitted later will take effect after the upcoming payment is processed.

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.

  • Memberships may be placed on hold only after the initial 2-month membership period and while the account is in good standing.

  • Holds may last from 2 to 6 consecutive weeks, with a maximum of 10 total weeks per calendar year.

  • Your AutoPay must be active and up to date to place a membership on hold.

  • Using the gym during a hold will immediately reactivate your membership and regular monthly charges will apply.

  • At the end of the hold period, your membership will automatically reactivate and normal billing will resume.
