Yes

1. I understand that cancelation of membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period is subject to paying the difference between the current discounted membership (6 or 12 month) that I am on and the membership option I should have been (6 month or Month to Month) . ( prepaid memberships are non-refundable and expire after the duration of the agreement and cannot be canceled)

2. All cancelation requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. The cancelation form will serve as your notice and your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of your form.

3. If a scheduled renewal payment falls within this 30 day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

4. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
