Monthly Memberships

• You may cancel your plan at any time via the cancellation request form or in your PushPress Member App

• This will cancel your next gym membership payment on the 5th of the following month

• Your membership will remain active through the 4th of the following month after your cancellation notice is received. You are welcome to continue attending classes during that time.

  • For example, if you cancel on March 10, your membership remains active through April 4 and you WILL NOT have a gym payment on April 5th

• Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request

Prepaid Memberships*

• You may cancel your membership at any time with the following penalties:

  • Forfeit discounted rate for months used

  • Cancellation fee ($35 for 6mo prepaid / $70 for 12mo prepaid)

  • You will be refunded the remaining balance

Example:
If you cancel a 6-month prepaid membership after 3 full months:

• You’ve paid $960.00

• 3 months at $175 = $525

• Add $35 cancellation penalty

• Total owed = $560

• Refund = $960.00 - $560 = $400
