Membership Hold Request

THIS IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

As stated in your membership agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly membership on hold for any reason. Holds can be no less than 30 days and incur a $25 fee.

NOTE: If you chose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30 day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable and a final full month's payment will be required before your membership can be terminated.
