We’re thrilled to have you join our community for Bring a Friend Week! Before your first class, please take a moment to answer the questions below so we can get to know you better.
What to Expect:
Every class is coach-led, ensuring workouts are tailored to fit your needs.
For the week, you’ll be a full-fledged CFHR member—just like everyone else!
Haven’t worked out in a while? No worries! We factor that in during Bring a Friend Week! Plus, all workouts are partner-based, so you’ll team up with the friend who brought you—or meet someone new!
You’ll have access to our app, get invited to community events, and meet other members and coaches throughout the week.
