We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your fitness goals. Whether you're taking a well-deserved vacation or dealing with an illness or injury, we're here to support you. That's why we offer the option to put your membership on hold for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 60 days. Please keep in mind that we require at least 2 days advance notice if you wish to place your membership on hold, and we cannot accommodate retroactive holds.
