What is Capoeira? Capoeira is a unique physical activity that combines elements of martial arts, dance, and music. It is a full-body workout that involves a variety of movements and techniques, including kicks, dodges, and soft acrobatics. We will learn some of the basic martial art moves, kicks, and escapes that will lead us into the partner work to learn how to play a Capoeira Game.
