Before starting a training program at Fit Life Gym, we take some time to figure out where you're at, what your goals are, and the best plan for helping you get there. The assessment includes movement screenings, tests of form and conditioning, and the creation of your personalized Nutrition Guide. At the end of the session we'll discuss your goals, the best program for you to reach them and which action tasks we will begin your coaching program with.
